Our sunny flatlet is situated in Fordyce Road in Walmer. Offering comfortable self catering accommodation, ideally suited for a single. We offer reasonable nightly rates as well as long stay rates from 2 to 12 weeks. Located within easy reach of the airport, beachfront and shopping malls as well as medical facilities. The bedroom has a double bed and TV with full DSTV AND WIFI. The kitchen and lounge are cosy and open plan with a couch, chair and a 2 seater table. Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2 plate cooker, oven and a fridge. The bathroom is private with shower, toilet and basin. The sliding door from the open plan lounge/kitchen leads to an enclosed private outdoor courtyard area with table and chairs and a place to braai. The property has remote control access through automated gates for safe and secure, not undercover, parking inside property for 1 vehicle. The property is fully enclosed and has electric fencing. Cleaner service available on request. We supply bedding and bath towels. The flatlet is close to the owners house, but separate and private.
Our family of 4 and our cat and dog live on the property. We are a friendly family with integrity, honesty and common decency and we hope for the same from our lovely guests.
